Dear Maria and Eddie, I want you both to know that I am forever grateful for knowing your MOM and all that she had done for me. I was fortunate to see her again in 2001 when Maria brought her to the opening of my restaurant. I have fond memories of all of you. She was a wonderful woman and MOM.

My Aunt Sandy will forever remain in my mind and heart as a very loving Mother and Aunt. She was fun loving, warm, giving and always kept up with the "trend". She had compassion, understanding, tremendous courage and loved her family deeply. I will miss her and her hearty laugh. My sympathy, condolences and love go out to the family, especially to my cousins, Joe, Maria and Ed.
I will always remember my Aunt Sandy with deep affection and admiration for both her courage and her beautiful spirit. My deepest sympathy and condolences to her family, and please know that although I cannot be present for her services, I will be there in thought and spirit for her homecoming.
