Phyllis (Tuttle) Jackson, 99, a longtime resident of North Andover, died on Tuesday May 17, 2011 at the Lawrence General Hospital. She was born and educated in Belfast, Maine on December 17, 1911 to Adrian C. and Grace (Goodale) Tuttle, and she was the widow of the late Elmer E. Jackson.
