So sorry to hear of Phyliss's passing. We live in Calif and when we traveled East we would always stop in and say hello to Phyliss. I was born in Lawrence and our family lived across the street from Phyliss and Elmer until we moved to Calif. in the 1950's. We still talked on the phone several times a year. May Phyliss rest in peace. She was a remarkable women who was so blessed to live in her own home up until her passing. She was as sharp as a tack and we will miss our telephone calls with her.
