Mrs. Mary Lydia (Sousa) Carvello, 93, a resident of Salem, New Hampshire passed away peacefully on Friday, September 9th, 2011 at the Salem Haven Nursing Home. She was born on January 30, 1918 in Lawrence, Massachusetts, daughter Read Obituary
Dear Joe, I was saddened today to hear about Lydia's passing last year. I didn't know until you told me today. My deepest condolences. She was a wonderful person who I grew to love many years ago as family. She is in my prayers and always will be.
It shocks me to know that my family is so terrible that I was never even notified from anybody that my Grandmother was GONE! May she forever rest in peace. My deepest condolences go out to My Grandfather JOE!

Dear Joe and family Our hearts go out to you on the loss of you dear wife and mother and grandmother. She has a special place in our hearts. We were honored to know her and will miss her beautiful smile a pleasant greeting in church at the 4pm Mass. I believe she is smiling down on us today and will do that every day. My mother, Dorothy Sousa and I would like to send to you our thoughts and prayers at this time. We where saddened to hear of your loss. We enjoyed our chance meetings at the Weathervane restaurant. Lidia was a wonderful, caring and loving person. I am glad that I knew her and I am a much better person for it. I know she's in heaven with her brother and sister. How wonderful is that. Be strong, enjoy all your loving memories and remember, the people we really love are not gone. they always have a home in our hearts.
