Kathleen Frances (Donahue) Remmes died on September 24, 2008 from injuries sustained in a July 8th 2008 fall. Kathleen was the wife of the late Arthur J. Remmes, Jr. to whom she was married for 44 years. She was born in Lawrence, Read Obituary

I worked with Kay many years ago in the Lawrence Schools. She was a wonderful person and a dedicated nurse. I had also lived in Colonial Heights and I would visit with her and her husband when I went on walks with my then-young son. They were both such wonderful people. I was sad to see that she had died.
