Charlie was my favorite contractor to assist when he came into the Planning Department to file an application. He was always a gentleman, always had a good word to say. He even brought his little dog with him for our department to see. So sorry he passed on. They don't make guys like him anymore. My sympathy to his family and especially to his son Jimmy who is also a great person.
