I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Billy. We were friends back in our high school years, living on May Street. I know he will be sadly missed by all who loved him. He always had an inner sparkle and you can still see it in his eyes in this photo. My condolences to his family and friends. I am sure you will see him as a shining star in the night sky.
