In memory of our good friend, Vivian Nadeau. Vivian was a regular 4pm mass attendee at St. Matthews. It has only been since December, 2016 that she wasn't able to attend mass due to her varied illnesses and health issues. The Eyes on Jesus Prayer Group prayed for her after the 4pm masses when her health really started to decline. She will always be remembered at her parish of St. Matthews. Vivian was involved with the Mercy Meals put out by the church when someone passes away. She was involved in cooking the food, serving the food, and cleaning up the Parish Hall after a funeral.
Vivian was also involved in donating money from the sales of her Banana Breads through the Knights of Columbus Craft Fairs. She was actively working behind baked goods tables selling and wrapping items. She worked a long day - often from noontime to 4pm. Everyone who worked with Vivian enjoyed her company and her efforts. The church benefitted from the baked good sales by sharing 50/50 with the parish. Viivian will be missed by all for her thoughtful and caring ways.
We are thankful that Vivian is no longer suffering here on Earth. We are positive that the angels are welcoming Vivian with open wings. God Bless you Vivian. PEACE BE WITH YOU. Love--Jane & Timothy Higgins
