Dear Dottie, Tommy and Dick... Despite the number of years that have passed since we all lived on Woodland St together, hopefully my name rings a bell. I just saw your Mom's obituaray and wanted to extend my family's condolences. We're so, so sorry to hear of her passing. I have fond memories of your Mom and I know that she and my Mom Emma would still occassionally chat by phone. Mom always enjoyed those conversations as it brought back wonderful memories of Woodland Steet and their enduring friendship. Please know our thoughts and prayers are with you and your families. Dear Tom and Milius family. Stories and comments from Tom over the years working with him, I imagined what Mrs. Milius might be like. Knowing from one women to the next my intuition told me she was well loved, a caring mother and grandmother, just like the previous message said about her. To the Milius Family: I am heartbroken for the loss of such a wonderful person. Tess was the matriarch of the Milius family, always so strong and persevering. When I first met your folks where your sister Patty was, they both treated me like I was family. I loved sharing stories with your mom and spending so much time laughing at the silliest things. I admired your mother's strength so much, and I told her I hoped I could be just like her when I "grew up". She raised a wonderful family and was so tremendously proud of all of her children and grandchildren.
