My deepest condolences to his family and loved ones. I had gone to the Common Man alone one night to wind down from a long day. I sat next to Steven and we started small friendly chatter and right off the bat a connection was made. That chatter turned into a friendship over the last few years. We would randomly end up at some spots and always would sit together n chat sometimes for hours without realizing it, that is, until we were told the place was closing! That turned to us texting each other for dinner dates, we would talk about everything and nothing but it always was full of laughter (even when it came to our total difference with politics) we still shared a love for each others ideas thoughts and personalities. I will truly miss him. I am glad to have gotten together with him multiple times in the last month or so. I was lucky enough also to spend time in his studio listening to him talk about his painting and art while he showed me many. His face lit up when talking about his art, his acting and his passions. Sad that his request to paint me never came to fruition, I will always wonder how amazing it would have been to see myself through his eyes and beautiful mind. Rest easy my dear friend, until we meet again you will forever be in my heart! Thank you for being you!
