Shirley (Randall) Regan ? McNeil 71, a long time resident of Lawrence, MA. died on Tuesday April 24th 2007 at the Sutton Hill Nursing Home, North Andover, MA Shirley was the loving daughter of the late Ida (Hill) Randall Lomazzo. She was the wife of the late James McNeil and the former wife of John V. Regan of Andover MA. She will be sorely missed by her four children, Kevin and his wife Tammee of Manchester NH, Michael and his wife Joanne of Norwood MA, Jolene Regan of Lawrence MA and Shirley Jean Regan of Maine. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Shirley was born and educated in Haverhill MA, and graduated from Haverhill High school. She attended Northern Essex Community College and was a graduate of Northeastern University Boston MA. For the past 28 years she has been a much loved case worker at Fidelity House in Lawrence and will be greatly missed by of her coworkers and her many long term special needs clients. She loved to spend time at the beach, especially her summer vacations at Hampton beach which would be an annual family gathering. Nothing pleased her more than to be with her family offering support and loving advice. Her laughter was infectious and her presence would light up a room. She was an inspiration to others by her faith in God and her positive outlook on life even when battling cancer. A funeral mass to celebrate her life will be on Monday April 30th at 11:00 AM at St. Patrick Church in Lawrence MA Friends and relatives are invited to call Sunday April 29th, 2007 from 3:00PM to 6 PM at the John Breen Memorial Funeral Home, Inc. 122 Amesbury Street, Lawrence MA 01841.
