Shirley Ann (Burton) Hutchins' Obituary
Shirley Ann (Burton) Hutchins, 91, passed away peacefully in her sleep on July 8th at the Hannah Dustin Nursing Home in Haverhill.
She was born March 31, 1931 in Lyme, NH. Shirley attended Appleton Academy in NH and Newton Wellesley Hospital School of Nursing.
She was a member and deaconess at First Baptist Church in Salem, NH for many years.
Shirley and her beloved husband George were long time residents of Andover, MA.
In addition to her many activities with the Church she was a Pioneer Girls Troop leader, enthusiastic bowler, ice skater, cat lover and fitness advocate.
She is predeceased by her husband George, sisters, Joyce Crandall and Hart, Betty Burgess and Ralph Burgess. Son Mark S. Hutchins and son-in-law Warren Cormier.
She leaves behind her sons and their wives Scott and Linda of Grafton, Paul and Catherine of Haverhill and daughters and sons-in-law. Shirley and William Loui of Danville, Sharon Cormier of Wilmington, Susan and Peter McRae of Haverhill. As well as 12 Grandchildren, 11 Great Grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to call on Wednesday, July 13, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the John Breen Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 35 Merrimack Street, No. Andover, MA. Her funeral service will immediately follow the wake at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Spring Grove Cemetery, 5 Spring Grove Road, Andover, MA.
