Sean grew up in North Andover. Sean was educated at St. Johns Prep and received his Bachelor Degree from Union College with a minor in Music. Sean is a STEM program graduate in the field of science. He was an avid musician and worked on his own music projects in this area.
Sean is a most interesting, talented and smart person. He wrote poetry, wrote music and songs including his own lyrics, playing all the instruments and sang. He also wrote several unpublished books and comics. Sean’s interests included snowboarding, fishing, hiking, nature, concerts, music and the arts. He enjoyed traveling around to see the area and just driving for pleasure. He loved the beach and birds. He traveled abroad, enjoyed Ecuador, the iguanas and the food. He was a certified open water diver and enjoyed diving and seeing all the sea life. He was the first grandson of his dear grandmother, Justine A. Fitzgerald Juarez, to graduate college. His family in Ecuador loves him and always will.
Sean has a seat plaque at the Wang Theater in Boston, orchestra seat J3 next to his grandmother’s plaque in seat J1. The inscription that Sean chose for his seat is:
Lest the sparrow entice. Then stillness is our yearning. Sean A. Fitzgerald
Sean adored his gram Justine and loved his parents and family and his parents loved him tremendously. He was a shining light, our joy in life, and it is tragic that he was not able to pursue his interests further. He was loved so much by people that knew him, and will be missed dearly every day. He was everything.
