Ruth A. Hulse, 76, of Manchester, NH, formerly of Andover, MA., passed away on Tuesday, August 2nd, 2022 at the Maple Leaf Health Care Center in Manchester, NH.
She was born on September 9, 1945 in Lawrence, she was the daughter of the late William and Marjorie (Lowe) Hulse. Ruth worked for the IRS for several years.
She is survived by her niece and her husband Mary Ellen and William Newitt.
