Robyn Boyd-Loomis' Obituary
Robyn Boyd-Loomis, age 64, passed peacefully on May 19th, 2021. Her final days were spent in comfort surrounded by her beloved family.
Robyn was raised in Salem, NH. She was educated at the Salem School district and was a proud Boston College Eagle cheerleader. Robyn spent more than 20 years as a revered Real Estate Broker throughout Southern NH—a career path where her social personality could truly shine. She made many of her memorable friendships from her business.
If she was not at the field or gym watching her two sons play sports, you could find Robyn enjoying the sun on her deck, watching Remember the Titans with her favorite cat Gronk, or entertaining friends and family.
Robyn will be lovingly remembered by her husband and best friend, Michael of Salem, NH. The two spent 34 years happily married, building a loving family, and a life filled of laughter and fun.
She is the loving and devoted mother of Michael and his wife Allison of Denver, CO and Nicholas and his wife Kylie of Londonderry, NH. She treasured her two boys and cherished every moment with them. She was their biggest fan and motivation.
Some of Robyn’s fondest memories were times spent with her dear sister Lynda Boyd Wendel and husband Chris of Cumming, GA. They spent summer days at their family beach house on Wingaersheek as children and later on Robyn loved visiting Lynda in Palm Beach. Her visits to her nephew Chris, niece Kendall, the 4 furbabies and her extended Florida family were her dream vacations.
In lieu of flowers, the Loomis family kindly requests charitable donations to be made to the Jimmy Foundation or the Salem Animal Rescue League, two organizations near and dear to her heart. Alternatively, the family encourages you to reminisce of your most favorite memories with Robyn and choose a charity that relates to your friendship.
Visiting hours will be held Tuesday, May 25th from 4-8pm at the John Breen Memorial Funeral Home at 122 Amesbury Street, Lawrence, MA. The Funeral Service will be held Wednesday May 26th, 10:30 am at Mary Queen of Peace at 200 Lawrence Road, Salem, NH.
