Robert J. "Bob" Fredette's Obituary
Robert (Bob) J. Fredette, 70, of Methuen MA, passed away suddenly on July 15th surrounded by
his loving family. Born in Methuen, he worked at Lucent Technologies until he retired. More
recently, he was employed by Grace Black Tie Limousine Co.
Bob was a regular parishioner at Sacred Heart Church in Bradford, Ma. He was an avid 45’s
player and enjoyed bowling. He loved all sports, especially the Patriots, Red Sox, Celtics. His
pride and joy was spending time with his family and cooking for everyone.
Bob leaves behind his loving wife of 45 years Maura (Begley) Fredette, son Ryan and his wife
Ana, son Edward, daughter Caitlin and his very special grandson, Brayden who was the light of
his life.
He also leaves behind his brothers Raymond, Michael, Paul, James, his sisters Susan, Linda,
Diane, Karen, their spouses and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son,
Robert (Bobby)J. Fredette Jr. and his parents Chanel and Delia Fredette.
Family and friends may call on Friday, July 21, 2023, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the John Breen
Memorial Funeral Home, 35 Merrimack Street, North Andover, MA. A funeral Mass will be
celebrated on Saturday, July 22, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Hearts Church, 165 South Main
St. Bradford, MA. Burial will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in North Andover, MA. For
