Hello, I am very sorry for your loss. I met Bob on a plane a couple of years ago. He was on his way to a trade show, I was headed to school in Florida and he offered lots of encouragement and support for a book I'm writing, leaving a lasting impression on me. I still have his card, told him I would send him a copy. Though I only knew him for three hours he truly made a difference and I just wanted you to know. You and Bob are in my thoughts and prayers. Ann
