Robert Craig Arrigo's Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of our beloved brother, Robert Craig Arrigo. He was born on September 24th, 1959 and died unexpectedly on December 7th, 2020.
Robert brought so much love and joy into our lives and to those who were around him. Many of us can relate to him under his infamous call name “Ernest J. Hawkmeyer”. Robert will be remembered for his kindness and the willingness to go out of his way to help everyone.
He loved being around family and friends. We laughed whole heartily at his humor of things like “possum pie”, “wisdom stick” and “camping names” that he gave to all of us.
At this time, we must come together and laugh for Robert’s sake. Robert would have wanted it that way.
Robert leaves behind his mother, MaryAnn Arrigo, late father Raymond Arrigo, brother Richard Arrigo and his wife Sharon Arrigo, sister Susan Welch, late sister Lynn Arrigo, brother Raymond Arrigo Jr and his wife Angela Arrigo, brother Christopher Arrigo and his wife Tammy Arrigo. Children, Sara, Charleigh, Rhyan and Chance. Nieces and nephews: Joshua Welch and his wife Tera Welch , Lyndsey Saunders, Stephanie Walker and her husband Jeremy Walker, Elyse, Courtney Marrero and her husband Luis Marrero, Bethany, Taylor, Benjamin, Katie, Amy, Tessa, Ashley, Samuel, Vincent, Victoria, Anthony, Maya, Grace, and long-time companion Mary Jane Stone.
Family and friends may call on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with a service to follow at 11:00 a.m. in the Funeral Home. His burial will follow in the Spring Grove Cemetery in Andover, MA.
