Dear Jen and Courtney,
This is a belated condolence. Pat was my neighbor and friend in Brickett Hill, and we often played bridge together. I enjoyed her companionship and sense of humor. I moved to California 8 years ago and we weren’t in frequent touch, but every now and then I’d get a greeting with photos of her two adorable redheaded grandkids, and news of her beloved daughters. I’ m not on facebook but for some reason was thinking about her today, and that I hadn’t heard from her for a long time, and decided to try to get in touch. I was shocked and saddened to learn she had died in May. I can imagine how devastating her loss is to her beloved daughters and grandkids. I’m so sorry.

Dear Jen & Courtney,
I just heard of your mom's passing from a St. Lawrence friend, and it was quite a shock. Zigzagged on Facebook to find your message and this link. I'm not a FB Regular.

I was still waiting to hear back from her (since November?) as to when she wanted to go to the MFA & Gardner, since she combined coming into Brookline to visit with dropping off & picking up china she was having restored at Rosline Green's (a block from my home)--there may still be an antique plate ready for her.

Our friendship & shared humorous adventures continued from college-days to being roommates in Back Bay in the late-60s...lost track of each other for a spell, due to jobs & relocations, but, when we did get together, it was as if no time had passed. Her life was full of your milestones, the Cats, and the African Violets. And she always had a sharp, dry wit about her. So sorry to hear that she's gone. Will miss McKeever, for sure.

Hello family of Pat,

I just called St. Anthony's Church and asked to talk to Pat and to my dismay was told she passed away in May.

I would talk to Pat on a yearly basis because I rented a parking space for my granddaughter in St. Anthony's Parking lot because my granddaughter works nearby the church and I want her to have a safe place.

Pat was so helpful and we seemed to hit it off because I am a church secretary myself.

My sincere sympathy on the loss of this wonderful woman to you her family and friends.

Pat and I shared almost 25 years of friendship and memories. We especially enjoyed going to craft fairs and garden centers -- with African violets being our favorites.

Through our thousands of conversations, I learned early on that Pat was a trivia expert. So each year that my sons' school had a trivia fundraiser, Pat would join our team and "wow" everyone with her knowledge. Pat was a kind, fun-loving and supportive friend.

My family and I are sending our warmest thoughts and deepest condolences.

What a beautiful welcoming smile I was always greeted with when stopping into St. Anthony’s Church office. Although I only knew Pat for a short time I considered her a friend from day one. I am so very sad that she is gone but will cherish our many conversations. My deepest sympathy to her family and friends.

I am so sorry to hear this sad news. I just saw your mom recently, and we spoke of getting together soon. We had many great days at the Haverhill Country Club pool. She was a lovely lady, and I am so sorry for your loss.
