Nicole A. Bistany's Obituary
Nicole A. Bistany, 48, of Lawrence died peacefully, October 8, 2023. She was born and
educated in Lawrence. She had worked for over 19 years in the Lawrence court system and then for an
additional number of years at F.H.Cann Associates. She was a dedicated and respected professional in
each of her work assignments throughout her career. In her free time Nicole enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and looked forward to spending special moments with her grandson.
In addition to her parents Sharleen and Charles (Chuck) Bistany, she is survived by her son Matthew
Dube Jr. and her grandson Matthew Ace Dube. Nicole will be missed by her siblings Eric and his wife
Glennys of Merrimac, Christian and his partner Amanda of Lawrence, as well as many aunts, uncles,
nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation or the charities of
one’s choice.
