So sorry to hear about Nancy. She was a friend of ours (my sisters Sherrol, Judy and Barbara). We all played together as kids in Lowell. I remember her as being always such a compassionate and good person. Reading about her accomplishments and how she did so many good things throughout her life was very impressive. My thoughts are with her daughters and her family.

I had the pleasure of working with Nancy in the Lawrence Public Schools. I always had a great deal of respect and admiration for Nancy's dedication to education and her family and friends. We had many laughs as curriculum facilitators together. She will remain in my thoughts and prayers.
