Nancy A. (LaDuke) Caruso's Obituary
Nancy A. (LaDuke) Caruso of Tewksbury, Massachusetts passed away on June 24th at Lawrence General Hospital from complications from Hip Surgery.
Nancy was born in Lowell MA and lived in Dracut until the death of her father in October of 1963.
She was a resident of Lawrence, MA. for many years and graduated from Lawrence High School in 1977.
She was a graduate of Northern Essex Community College in 1991, received her LICENSED NURSING ASSISTANT certification in 2004, and her LICENSED MEDICATION ASSOCIATE certification in 2007.
Nancy was a member of St. Jude's Catholic Church in Londonderry, NH for many years
and was employed by Ward Health in Windham NH.
She is survived by her husband James M Caruso, her son Michael James Caruso and his wife Angel and her daughter Kaitlyn Caruso and her fiancé Patrick Joyce III, her brother Carl LaDuke of North Carolina.
There will be a Celebration of Life, the date to be determined.
