I am sorry to hear of Bill's passing.Bill Menslage helped me 25 years ago when I was a patient at Spofford Hall.He took time to talk with me and help me on my way to recovery and for that I will be forever grateful. Bill was a good man and he will be missed by many people for many different reasons, but mine is I was lucky enoough to have him in my life at that time.
