She was the loving sister to Freddy Ruiz Jr., Federico Ruiz, Elizabeth Ruiz Hannapole, Lucinez Fernandez, Devorath Ruiz, Anthony Ruiz, Aura Hernandez, Irene Ruiz and Abraham Ruiz sharing a bond that time could never diminish. She was Titi Mimi to many nieces and nephews and in this role she embraced the joys of aunt-hood with unmatched enthusiasm creating lasting memories filled with laughter and unconditional support.
A true friend to many, Mirtha Ruiz had the remarkable ability to connect with others on a deep and meaningful level. Her kindness and compassion created a tapestry of memories that will forever be etched in the hearts of friends who were fortunate enough to know her.
