Michael W. Manzi's Obituary
Michael W. Manzi, 77, a resident of Methuen, MA, passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2023, at the High Pointe Hospice House in Haverhill, MA,
Born in Malden, MA to the late Fiori J. and Concetta M. (DiBella) Manzi, Michael was educated in the Malden Schools. He was retired Court Officer for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in Lawrence Superior Court. Prior to that Michael had driven Motor Coaches for the Trombly Bus Company. He was a longtime parishioner of Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish. Michael loved his cars and being with his chi his grandchildren and great-grandchildrenwho meant the world to him.
Members of Michael’s family include his wife of 35 years Brenda (Coco) Manzi, his grandchildren: Casey C. Halloran of Methuen and Taylor E. Buonagurio and her husband James also of Methuen. He is also survived by his brother Clement and his wife Jean of Lynn, MA, his sisters Carmella Colangelo and her husband Frank of Revere, MA and Diane Pavase of Tampa, FL, as well as his sister-in-law Colleen Manzi of Wolfeboro, NH, and his brother-in-law and sister-in-law Bobby and Linda Coco and his great grandchildren: Alexa Buonagurio and Jacob Buonagurio. Michael was predeceased by his stepson Arthur F. Halloran and his brother John Manzi.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Saturday, March 4, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish-St. Theresa Church, 22 Plymouth St., Methuen, MA.
