Michael J. Byron's Obituary
Michael (Mick) J. Byron, 66, of Lawrence, MA, entered eternal life on Monday April 22, 2024. Born in Lawrence, MA on August 16, 1957, to the late Michael and Joan Byron.
Mick worked for over 30 years at Mammoth Fire Alarm in Lowell, MA as a sales manager. He knew everything about fire alarm systems and codes and loved his job. In his free time, Mick enjoyed going to the beach and reading. He also loved spending time with family and friends. Mick loved telling a good joke and had many favorite one liners, that we heard often. His quick wit and humor were infectious. He was a true New England sports enthusiast, that loved watching the Patriots, Bruins, Red Sox, and Celtics.
Mick is survived by Ann, mother of his children and two sons, Michael and Timothy Byron and his wife Rachel. Grandchildren Taylor Brillon, Adriana, Michael, and Avery Byron, as well as 9 great grandchildren. Two brothers, John Byron and wife Dianne, Pat Byron and wife Kathleen, and sister Kathleen Consentino and husband Paul, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Per Mick’s request, calling hours are respectfully omitted. A private gathering will be held for family at a later date.
