Michael Bardwell's Obituary
Michael Bardwell, 90, a resident of Methuen, MA, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, June 18, 2022, surrounded by his family.
The son of the late Michael B. and Tamam (Sioufi) Bardwell, Michael was born in Lawrence and educated in the Lawrence Schools. He was a 1951 graduate of Lawrence High School. Michael had served in the United States Navy during the Korean Conflict. He was retired from Textron /Avco where he had worked as a Tests Operation Manager for almost 30 years and was a member of the Lawrence United Masonic Lodge for over 50 years. Michael enjoyed Woodworking, Electronics and working with computers. He always enjoyed going to his grandchildren’s sporting events.
Michael is survived by his wife of 61 years Marie A. (Brien) Bardwell, his daughter Deborah Fournier and her husband Michael of Methuen, MA, sons Mark Bardwell and his wife Jennifer of Boxford, MA and Michael Bardwell and his wife Patty of Monroe, GA. He is also survived by his sister Jean Nowell of Parkland, FL, 6 grandchildren: Sarah, Adam, Arianna, Shawn, Madison, and Peyton, and 1 great granddaughter Sadie as well as several nieces and nephews.
