Mary Margaret (Mahoney) St. Hilaire's Obituary
Mary Margaret (Mahoney) St. Hilaire, 75, a resident of North Andover MA, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, December 11, 2016 at her home. Mary was a lifelong resident of North Andover. She was a graduate of St. Michael?s Grammar School and a 1958 graduate of North Andover High School. Mary went to work at Western Electric for 7 years and then proceeded to work at the I.R.S. from which she retired. Throughout the years she enjoyed vacationing at the beach and spending time on Cape Cod. Mary dedicated her life to her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. The daughter of the late John Patrick and Elizabeth Mary (Towne) Mahoney, Mary is survived by her husband of 54 years James J. St. Hilaire as well as a son Robert J. St. Hilaire and his wife Amy of Brookline, NH, daughters: Patricia St. Hilaire of North Andover, MA, Elizabeth St. Hilaire of Bradford, MA, and Maureen Bell and her husband Michael of Brookline, NH. She is also survived by her daughter/granddaughter Jacqueline Bowes and her husband Christopher of North Andover, MA, along with a granddaughter Jessica St. Hilaire and a grandson Robert Rupkey. Mary is also survived by 13 other grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was the sister to the late John J. Mahoney. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at 11:30 A.M. in St. Michael?s Church, 196 Main St., North Andover, MA. Burial will follow in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Lawrence, MA. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday, December 16, 2016 from 4 to 7 P.M. at the John Breen Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 35 Merrimack St., North Andover, MA.
