Mary E. (Leith) Shea, 96, a resident of North Andover, MA, passed away on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at the Mary Immaculate Nursing Home in Lawrence, MA. Born in Haverhill, MA, She was educated in the Haverhill schools and was a graduate of Haverhill High School. Mary was a parishioner of St. Michael's Church in North Andover and used to enjoy traveling to Florida and California. She also enjoyed playing cards, bingo, and horse racing. The daughter of the late John and Theresa (Donahue) Leith, and the widow of John E. Shea, members of Mary's family include: sons: John E. Shea, Jr. and his wife Terry of Londonderry, NH, Robert L. Shea and his wife Charlene of Vero Beach, FL, Stephen P. Shea and his wife Cindy of Scituate, MA, Frank L. Shea and his wife Dora of North Andover, MA, as well as 14 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister: Eleanor Vose of Tampa, FL, and a son-in-law: Michael Kelly of Pelham, NH. Mary was predeceased by her son Barry M. Shea and her daughter Mary E. Kelly.
