For Marie's son: I went to st. Mary's high school with your mother. In my real estate career and in her insurance business we connected . I had the utmost respect and affection for her. She was a hard worker and wore her heart her sleeve. We wondered at the Reunion in May where she was.
She was devoted to you. Your loss is the City of Lawrence's loss.

Deepest sympathy to Matt and the family. Saw Marie's obituary too late to attend services. Spent many years on the golf course with Marie. She helped form the women's Essex League which still exists. Move over Arnie, Marie is coming.
