Marguerite R. "Peggy" (Zannini) Desell, 91, of North Andover, formerly a life-long resident of Lawrence passed away on Thursday, January 16th, 2014 at the Prescott House Nursing Home in North Andover, MA. Born on March 23rd, 1922 in Lawrence, she was the daughter of the late Benedict and Maria Theresa (Cerrullo) Zannini. Marguerite was educated in the Oliver School in Lawrence and was a parishioner of Holy Rosary Church, also in Lawrence, MA. She worked for Blue Bonet Shoe and the Wood Mills in Lawrence, MA., she then worked for the Service Wood Heal and the Ontein Shoe in Haverhill, MA. According to her family she loved traveling to the White Mountains and spending time at the Beach. Her family members include her husband of 57 years Albert W. Desell Her daughter Maryann E. Gaudet and her husband Normand of Lawrence, MA. Her granddaughter: Faith McNeil and her husband John McNeil of Maine 2 Great granddaughters: Brianna and Heather McNeil both of Maine Her niece who was like her daughter Phyllis Petrolito of Conn. As well as many other nieces and nephews. Mother of the late Theresa Marie Breton Marguerite's family would like to extend special thanks to the Prescott House Staff, especially the C-wing for all the special care and how she was treated her like a queen.
