O'Brien, Margaret E. (Wright,) 97, of Lawrence, died peacefully April 2, 2017 at Mary Immaculate Nursing and Restorative Center. Born December 27, 1919 in Somerville, MA, to Joseph and Margaret Wright, Margaret was married 59 years to the late Frank A. O'Brien at his passing in 1998. She was the loving mother of Francis O'Brien and Rita of PA; George O'Brien and Barbara of FL; Paul O'Brien and Mary Fabian of CA; and James O'Brien of NV. Sister of the late Joseph Wright, Barbara Axelson, Mildred Donahue, and Mary McDonald. Numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Services will be 8:30 - 10:30 am Saturday, April 8, 2017, at John Breen Memorial Funeral Home, 122 Amesbury St. Lawrence, MA. Interment will follow at St. Mary's - Immaculate Conception Cemeteries. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Mary Immaculate Nursing and Restorative Center, 172 Lawrence St., Lawrence, MA 01841.
