Margaret M. (Gordon) Coburn, 93, of Lawrence, Massachusetts passed away on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at the Mary Immaculate Nursing Home in Lawrence, MA. She was born on January 28th, 1921 in Lawrence to the late Robert and Genevieve Gordon. Margaret was educated in the local schools of Lawrence and was a graduate of Lawrence High School. She was a parishioner of Saint Patrick's Church in Lawrence, MA. Margaret worked for Malden Mills as a stitcher and for Parlex as an assembler. After retirement she worked for the Red Cross, and according to her family she loved to Dance. She leaves her beloved husband of 64 years Frank E. Coburn. A Daughter: Kathleen and her husband James Fitzgibbons of Methuen, MA. The Lights of her life; her grandchildren J. Michael Fitzgibbons of Conn. and Bryanna Fitzgibbons of Lawrence, MA. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to call on Thursday, March 27th, 2014 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the John Breen Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 122 Amesbury Street, Lawrence, MA. Her funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, March 28th, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in Saint Patrick's Church in Lawrence, MA. Burial will follow in the Elmwood Cemetery in Methuen, MA.
