Dear Elaine, so sorry to hear of your sisters passing; please except my deep condolence to you and your family . Michelle
I met Linda when I started repairing appliances in the kitchens for the Lawrence School Dept. Linda was a very kind and unselfish person. She always was concerned about my son with juvenile diabetes, wondering how he was doing. My condolences to her family, she will be missed.
Sorry for your loss. She will be missed. Eric, Colleen & Andrew Pelczar

I worked with Linda at the Frost school. She was a wonderful person and she was very kind to the children. Linda and I would laugh on many days about Jeanette. When I would see her she would always have a big smile for me. To Linda's family I am so sorry for your loss. I am so glad to have known Linda. -Jimmy O'Keefe former Assistant Principal of the Frost school
To Lindy's family, I am so very sorry for your loss. I grew up with Lindy in the "old neighborhood" on Lea St. Although we haven't been in touch for many years, I feel so sad about her passing. When I think of Lindy, I think of her laugh that was so infectious to all who knew her. I also remember how loving her family was, at that time when we were just kids. I will always remember her mom and family and their kindness to our family. It was a time in life that you wish you could preserve. Even though I didn't see Lindy for many years, I will always feel that she was a friend, that if I saw her today, I could talk to and feel that connection that we had so many years ago. Rest in peace Lindy and love to your family. You are in my heart!

Reading of Linda's passing in the Tribune was indeed a shock. Occasionally we talked on the phone and shared memories of our work days together at the Frost School. She always had a kind word for all she knew and was respected by all who knew her. She was a special family friend as well as a co-worker. She was a hard worker - never asking another to perform a task that she wouldn't do herself. We have lost a kind, loving woman and friend. She will be missed. I have many fond memories of Linda and am hopeful that her family and friends do also to help them through this difficult time. Love ya Linda...
