Linda A. Ellis' Obituary
Linda A. (Wall) Ellis, 74, a resident of Andover, Massachusetts, passed away on Friday, June 18, 2021 at Tufts Medical Center in Boston.
The daughter of the late Joseph J. Jr and Irene M. (Roy) Wall, Linda was born and educated in Lawrence and was a graduate of Lawrence High School. She had worked in Health Care as a Medical Office Coordinator for over 40 years retiring 10 years ago. Linda enjoyed traveling and going on cruises. She traveled abroad going to places like Europe and the Virgin Islands. She enjoyed visiting her sister Patricia on Cape Cod as well as dining out and long talks on the with her family and friends. Linda loved cars and owned such classics as the GTO with air conditioning, a Firebird and a Cougar. She will be remembered as a caring, selfless, honest and devoted person when it came to family and friends and the large amount of patients she served while working.
The widow of George “Chubby” Ellis, Linda is survived by her step- children Wendy and Joseph, her siblings Robert J. Wall of Lawrence, MA, Patricia M. Medvecky and her husband Richard of Cape Cod, Cynthia F. Kelly and her husband Jeffrey of Warwick, RI and Joseph J. Wall, III and his wife Theresa of Methuen, MA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great grandnieces, great grandnephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. She was also Godmother to many children.
