Sending my deepest sympathy to Leo Oulettes Family. I knew officer Oulette in my early teen years as I was a rebellious teen. and he had to bust me a few times. he allways tried giving me advice in a fatherly way. as I grew I often thought of him and hoped to run into him to thank him and apologize for giving him a hard time..finally I just wanted to say in my opinion he was the nicest and best cop on the whole police force..
