Dear Evelyn, We are so sorry for your loss and will miss seeing Kevin at Holy Family Chapel. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. Ann and Bob
Dear Evelyn & Family, Uncle Kevin was always one of my heroes. All my childhood life I took comfort in my Aunts and Uncles being there for me and all my cousins. When my Dad died, it made me feel good to come to your house and play and Uncle Kevin always took me aside and said "you always have us if you need us, remember that forever". He said that right up until the last time I saw him at Marie's birthday party. When Bruce had his first heart attack, Uncle Kevin showed up at our door at 10 PM that night with a phone number for me to call and said, "just call this number at 11:15 tonight and Maureen will answer and she will get Bruce the help he needs" He wouldn't stay - he said he had a lot of praying to do, smiled and hugged me and left. The rest is history, Maureen got Bruce the doctor they called "God" at Mass General and he lived for seven more wonderful years. I knew Uncle Kevin was very ill and I prayed he would not be in terrible pain and have a peaceful end. I know he did and that is wonderful. Now I would like to see the gathering in Heaven as all of those we loved who are already there greeted him and are reunited with him once again. Much love to all of you and our deepest condolences. I am going to miss this very gentle and loving gentleman very much. Love, Deb (Walsh) Crapo & Family Neice of Kevin and Evelyn
