Katherine "Kay" (Rich) Bell's Obituary
Katherine "Kay" M. (Rich) Bell, 78, a lifelong resident of Lawrence, MA died on Sunday, May 10, 2015 at the Sutton Hill Center in North Andover, MA. Born on March 10, 1937 in Lawrence, to Forrest and Alice (Hornocker) Rich. She was educated in Lawrence local schools. She worked for many years at the Lawrence General Hospital, and later retired from the North Andover School System. She was an avid Red Sox fan and also loved the beach especially Salisbury Beach. She is the wife of the late Robert L. Bell Sr. and leaves her son: Robert R. Van Norden of Rochester, NH, her daughters: Karen Marie and her husband Eric Marison of Nashua, NH, Susan "Suzy" Ann Provencher and her husband Kirk Desrosiers of Londonderry, NH and Kimberly Faith Matthes of Haverhill. Grandchildren: Jeremy, Kathryn Beauregard, Sarah Van Norden, Matthew, Kelsey and Amy Marison, Jessica and Amanda Matthes, and two great grand children, Haylee Figueroa & Jayceon Bass. Two sisters-in-law and her close friend of 50 years Barbara Cummings. Friends are invited to attend a funeral mass at 11:00AM on Friday, May 15, 2015 at St. Patrick Church in Lawrence. Burial will take place at a later date. Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, May 14, 2015 from 3:00PM to 7:00PM at the John Breen Memorial Funeral Home Inc. 35 Merrimack Street, North Andover, MA, 01845.
