Karen J. Martin Melville's Obituary
Karen J. Martin Melville, 63 passed away on December 9th.
Born and raised in Lawrence she was a graduate of Lawrence High School. A gentle, beautiful, and loving soul, she touched many lives with her piercing blue eyes and sweet smile. She was instantly loved by everyone she met.
An avid reader since childhood, she always had a book in her hands, and had amassed an impressive collection of books on a variety of subjects. She loved music, movies, summers at Salisbury Beach and spending time with Family.
She is survived by her sons, Adam and his wife Lauren of Scarborough, ME, Jonathan of Long Beach, CA, and Matthew of Malden. In addition, she is survived by her loving Mother, Dorothy Martin of North Andover, sisters Dawn Marie Martin of Lawrence, Lynne Martin of North Andover, Monika Martin of Melbourne FL, Robyn Dion and husband Jay of North Andover. Brother Kevin and his wife Mary Ann of New Smyrna Beach, FL, their sons John Salling and wife Lindsey, Sam Salling and wife Jen, Nephew Colby Dion, Nieces Cassandra and Calyssa Dion, and Great Niece Baylie Jade, all of North Andover, beloved Grandchildren TJ, Kallie and Harper of Andover and Maine.
She was pre deceased by her husband Michael, and her love of many years, Charles Smith. Also pre deceased by her Father Donald Martin.
