Joyce and I shared a lot of our early years in ministry. She was very energetic and upbeat, enjoying experiences with mutual friends in the Salem area.A brilliant thinker, Joyce had a lot to offer and did so graciously and with humor.. A wonderful, Devoted Servant of God ! A priviledge to have rubbed elbows with her many years ago Then one day my Grandaughter was working for herBSN through Riveier College, she hadJoyce for a Course, and one thing she had to complete wasa Memory Service, my Grandaughter ask for help, she showed me the Paper of instruction, with Dr.Joyce’s name on the top, of which I told her that she was an old friend of mine! Katie said, “ I’m not going to tell her that you know her, I don’t want to make her think I’m looking for grade’s ! Didn’t Joyce laugh after theTest was over and Katie told her my sentiments!
