Please accept our condolences at the loss of Joe. As a young immigrant to the US. Joe helped me navigate a real estate purchase. Without his kindness and patience, it would have been a very overwhelming experience. I'm sure he will be missed by all who knew him.
Sorry to hear of Joe's passing, I had the opportunity of working with him and Andy Colburn when they ran their weekly paper. It was a great experience and I am grateful to Joe for the opportunity.
If memory serves, I was the last or one of the last people hired by Joe before he left the Eagle-Tribune for greener pastures. He was a gentleman, a gentle man, and, as a young journalist, I was impressed with his quiet style and breadth of knowledge.

Condolences to Joe's family. I was the Town Planner in North Andover during the 1990s and worked very closely with Joe as a member of the Planning Board. He was a dedicated and professional board member. I enjoyed always working with him.
We have known Joe a long time and were always happy to be in his presence. He was a very calming person, and was most sincere in his relationships, his wwork as a newspaper man and finally in his Lawyer profession. Wwe offer our deepest sympathies to his Family members.
