Joey Disario…Joey LoConte…Joey Marchesi…First names the same with vowels at the end. As my buddy LoCo mentioned we were Schoolyard Kids, rock ‘n rollers and always joking/laughing. Joey introduced me to a pig farm while I brought him to the Salesians to play hoop. We led the league in hair with Joey and (Little) John. Good guy, really Good guy.
My Condolences to the Disario family . I was a childhood friend of Joey. When his family lived on Eutaw street . We remind friends as we’re up . Joey had a great sense of humor and a love for music . Ii love talking to him about current issues and our past days in the school yard playing games we invented . Pink elephant. Others halfball basketball , steps . My cousin Joey said he was my Peter Pan and I was his Wendy Lady. His mom was my mom's twin, and his mom was my second mother. Joey was such an amazing person, and I will miss him so very much.
My deepest sympathy goes out to your family Joseph. I know you were so deeply cared for and loved and that you leave behind a wonderful daughter and legacy. Though we only spoke a few times playing games, I have heard many times how much of an influence you had and what kindness and love you had as a father. Rest easy and know that you raised one of the most resilient and compassionate people I know and live on in her.
