I first met John in the early 70's at the start of my real estate career. I admired him for his integrity, caring demeanor, and his willingness to share his knowledge and experience with others.He was a positive influence on many people and I am glad to have had a friendship with John.

To the Family of John Gallant. I was the Executive Director of the Lawrence Board of Realtors and then the renamed Northeast Association of Realtors. John was an amazing, kind and pioneer in his field. I had the utmost respect for him and cared deeply for him. He brought the concept of buyer brokerage to the Merrimack Valley when many couldn't comprehend the concept. My memories are fond and I am so sad to learn of his passing. We bougth our first house, 17 Doane St Bradford. a house he and Ellen owned in 1964, they were the "salt of the earth", they held a second morgage for us so that we could
raise a family in a safe neighborhood, a true gentleman.
