Jeffrey James Waters' Obituary
Jeffrey James Waters, resident of Miami Beach passed away at his home unexpectedly of natural causes on June 25, 2021. He was 62. Born in Lawrence MA, on December 21, 1958. A graduate of Methuen High School class of 1976, and a graduate of University of Lowell with a BA in chemical engineering. He went on to the marketing of chemicals which brought him traveling extensively throughout the globe and making homes in Ohio, California, Hong Kong, Argentina, France, Savannah GA and eventually Miami Beach
He was the son of Patricia Perry Waters and the late James H. Waters. He was the brother to Pam and late Anthony –Tony- Waters. Jeff had only recently retired. .
Jeff was an avid outdoorsman, his love of hockey, sailing, skiing, golfing with his nephew Keith, boating with his sister Pam, and his devotion to the Patriots and the Boston Bruins regardless of where he might be living around the world. Mostly his special fondness was scuba diving with his son Nicolas. He also had a great passion for travel, especially with his family taking trips to exotic places.
He will be remembered as a kind and gentle, easy going soul, generous with his time and devotion to his family. A loving son, husband, father, brother and uncle, he leaves his mother Patricia, his wife Sandra Arias and son Nicolas of Coconut Grove. Sister Pam Sullivan and husband Hank of Bradford MA. Nephew Keith Waters and his wife Kim of Milford NH. Aunts and uncles Sandra and Larry Lett of Malta MT, Janet and Bob Truax of Beach Park IL, Barbara Blouin Amirault and Sheila LaPerle of Peabody, Eileen and Jim McDonald of Auburn NH and Gary Gaarder of Ellenton, FL. In addition many cousins, loving friends and extended family members all of whom loved him and will miss him dearly and his most cherished friend John Cavannaugh of NC and Eva Maria Thien of Austria.
Relatives and friends are invited to call on Saturday, July 3rd, from 10 am to 12 noon at the John Breen Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 122 Amesbury St, Lawrence, MA 01841.
