I apologize for not being able to make the wake but wanted to extend my condolences to both of you and your families. I remember growing up next door to the Qualter Family on Belmont St. Mrs. Qualter always made my sisters and myself feel so at home at her house. She was a wonderful woman with a big heart. Irene was just a wonderful, caring and loving person. Always smiling and pleasant.. I am very honored to have known Irene for all the years that I've been living across the street from Jim & Pat..She was very proud of her children and their families. It's a loss we'll all feel.
