Irene DeJesus' Obituary
Irene DeJesus, 69, of Methuen, Massachusetts passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 3rd, 2017 at the Lawrence General Hospital.
She was born and educated in Puerto Rico, and was the daughter of Regino DeJesus and Edith Martinez. Irene was an attendant of Saint Mary's of the Assumption Church in Lawrence and was a caretaker to her family and home.
Wife of Hector Muniz, Sr. of Methuen, MA.
Irene is also survived by her children, sons: Hector Muniz, Jr., Juan Muniz and Ricky DeJesus.
Her daughter Eileen Garcia and her grandchildren Kiara Garcia, Jaytian Garcia, JP Muniz, Tiana Muniz, Angelice Muniz, Darren Muniz and Desiree Muniz.
Her sister Epifania DeJesus and her brother Juan DeJesus, Irene is also survived by her son-in-law Diego Garcia and her daughter-in-law Evelyn Jimenez.
Relatives and friends may call on Friday, June 9th, 2017 from 11:00 to 12:30 at the John Breen Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 122 Amesbury Street, Lawrence, MA. Irene's mass will be celebrated immediately following the calling hours at 1:00 p.m. in Saint Mary's of the Assumption Church in Lawrence, MA.
