As the "newbie" on the block
Dear Family, I have known Helen for many years, as a banking collegue,as well as a customer. We worked for different banks, but I remember Helen being very smartly and fashionably dressed all the time as she walked on Essex Street during her lunch hour!! As I am still in banking, in recent years I have known her as a customer, as well as a beloved friend. She would sit with me and pass the time with stories of her family. Just by the slightest chance that you nieces and nephews didn't know...she bragged about you all of the time and loved you very much! I love her and will miss her dearly! Nancy LaMonica
Dear Mike Judy George and family Auntie Helen was a unique wonderful aunt. I know how important her family was to her and how much she enjoyed all the time you spent together. May you find comfort and love in all the special memories you hold close to your hearts.
Aunty Helen will be missed, especially those kisses she always gave and wanted from her nieces and nephews. I remember always getting slippers knitted for me, lots of food, lots of laughs and lots of love. Take care of our family in heaven Aunty. You are all together again . Love Christine and Greg Lapointe
As she told several of the Drs during her brief stay at LGH she had a "Good Life"! Belive me when I tell you she had the stories to back it up. Stories that span decades, each of which highlighting an experience shared with friends and family. She truly enjoyed all her Hobbies, although nothing was better than a 67 cent discount on a can of tuna @ Demoulas! The most important thing that made Helen very happy was spending time with family and friends which she truly treasured more than anything! I'll miss you Aunty Heloonie! Mike Jr.
Helen was a wonderful woman. A true role model to her family and friends. She will be sorely missed by all who were blessed to have known her.
