Giuseppe "Joe" Lanzerotta, 77 years of age, of Medford, MA, USA, formerly of Augusta, Sicily, Italy, passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2026 after a brief illness.
Cherished son of the late Giovanni Lanzerotta and Maria (Marino) Lanzerotta. Beloved husband of Alfonsina (DeLuca) Lanzerotta. Former spouse of Nelly (DiMare) Gautreau. Loving father of Maria Kench and her husband Tom Kench; John Lanzerotta and his wife Shannon Lanzerotta; Rino Ciampi and his wife Mary Ann Ciampi; Gino Ciampi and his wife Stephanie Melanson; Roberto Ciampi and his wife Annamaria Ciampi. Adored grandfather of Avery, Jacob, and Ashlyn Kench; Luca Lanzerotta; Tyler, Victoria, Devin and Chloe Ciampi. Caring brother of Carmela Tringali. Devoted uncle of, Frankie, John and Chris Tringali. Also survived by many additional, loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.

His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 in St. Francis Church in Medford at 10:00am. Burial will be private.
