George E. Mansor's Obituary
Candia NH formerly Methuen MA., George E. Mansor, 92, passed away Wednesday April 17, 2019 at the St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Boston. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army during WWII, having served in Field Artillery. George was a graduate of Emerson College in Boston where he received a degree in Communications. George worked in sales for many years but will be most remembered as a singer and soloist throughout the Merrimack Valley. He had a voice that was a gift from God. He was a member of St. Anthony Maronite Church where he lectured and cantored for over 50 years.
George was the husband of the late Agnes M. (Ganem) Mansor after sharing 50 years. George was also predeceased by his wife Elsie Faris Mansor.
He leaves behind sons David E. and his wife Deborah Mansor and George E. (Buddy) and his wife Jeannette Mansor, daughters Jude A. and her husband William Platko, Susan M. Mansor and Maryjane (MJ) and her husband Raymond Richard; 13 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be Tuesday April 23, 2019 from 4 PM to 7 PM at the John Breen Memorial Funeral Home 122 Amesbury St. Lawrence, MA 01841. His Funeral Mass will be Wednesday April 24, 2019 at 10 AM at St. Anthony Maronite Church 145 Amesbury St. Lawrence, MA 01841. FRIENDS ARE ASKED TO PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH. Burial will follow at the St. Anthony Cemetery, Methuen, MA.
