My husband and I have been praying for Gene's safe return ever since his disappearance. Sean is our son and a good friend to Gene and Caitlin. Unfortunately, I know how you feel about losing a child. Our son was just KIA in Afghanistan on 11/5/10. My heart is bleeding for you and your family. I hope that you somehow find the closure that you all deserve. Our prayers are with you and your family always.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Gene's family, his fiance and his many friends. I had worked with Gene at Stop and Shop and will always remember him as being a nice kid with a great personality and sense of humor. He always made me laugh ! I am so sorry that things turned out this way,he had his whole life ahead of him. What a terrible loss. May you rest in peace Gene !
